La Trinquelinette Cassis Blackcurrant Spread features 55% ripe Burgundy blackcurrants and 45% unrefined cane sugar, traditionally cooked in a copper cauldron for vibrant fruit intensity and balanced sweetness. Crafted in Saint-Léger-Vauban by Céline Dubreuil, this small-batch preserve reflects the artisanal standards of La Trinquelinette, where carefully selected fruit is transformed without coloring agents or preservatives. The result is a deeply aromatic cassis spread with natural brightness and refined texture, capturing the culinary heritage of Burgundy in every 370g jar.
