The process was easy. Due to the excessive heat wave, many of the cigars were melted. The company was fabulous in responding quickly and sending replacements for those that were damaged. Great experience all around.

I didn't realize this was an online-only business and showed up expecting a storefront. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating-they helped me place my order online while I was there and had everything ready within 5-10 minutes.
